The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, even going above and beyond to make sure our room was ready when we arrived. The location was ideal, with beautiful walks and runs in the nearby woods. Plus, the value for money was exceptional, especially with the great deal we got for a bank holiday weekend. I will definitely stay here again if I find another good deal.
Everything was just fine.

Difficult to comment for such a short stay. Service for breakfast on second day was very slow, but staff were swamped by coach-party all requiring breakfast at the same time. Staff did their best, we felt sorry for their problem.

I have had the pleasure of dining at the restaurant in this hotel on many occasions, and each time has been a delightful experience. the location of the restaurant is perfect, with beautiful views that add to the overall ambiance. the Sunday lunch menu is always a highlight, with a variety of delicious options to suit all tastes. the service is impeccable, with friendly staff who go above and beyond to ensure a memorable dining experience. Whether it's for a special event or a casual meal, the restaurant never fails to impress.
The WiFi is not free, which can be inconvenient for those who rely on internet access.

Easy to find location and friendly staff. Free car parking available.
The hotel is outdated and in need of renovation. the room was unclean with torn carpets and a worn-out bathroom.

The room was clean and the staff were very friendly. The facilities in the room were good and I liked that you added some biscuits to have with my tea! The breakfast service the following morning was very good.

Had a great holiday stay recently at this hotel. the hotel is located in a fantastic spot, with plenty of attractions and shopping within a short drive. The room we stayed in was well-appointed, spacious and had a comfortable bed. the staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help, making our stay a joy. Lastly, the breakfast buffet was delicious, with plenty of options to choose from.
The only downside to our stay, though not a big deal, was the lack of hot water in the shower one morning. The staff were quick to fix the problem, but it did put a slight damper on our holiday morning routine.

Friendly staff
The internal layout requires guests to go up and down flights of stairs to reach ground floor rooms.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. Parking was a breeze, as there were ample spaces available. The location was perfect for us, as we were just passing through the area on our way to an event nearby. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. Plus, the breakfast was delicious!
Could not be improved in any way.

Requested a twin room upon booking. Upon arrival told by reception no Twin Rooms available so they had put us into a Double. Fortunatly another customer who required a Double was told there was no Doubles available so swapped with us. In the room the shower was so hot you could not stand under it and the temperature would not adjust. We informed reception who said they would get Maintenance onto it. Upon the shower still being the same we asked again and they said that Maintenance do not work weekends so wont have fixed it yet, but did offer to move room. In our new room, after finally having a shower I was lying in my bed when the person from the room next door let themselves through the inter-connecting door, shocking both of us that there was a room without a lock on it. This door also was so thin so you could hear every movement of the other room through the gap.

I recently stayed at a charming hotel in the Bracknell area and I must say, it offered excellent value for money. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the attention to detail and high level of service provided. The staff were professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The basic amenities were all in place, and I particularly appreciated the rooms with decent desks, perfect for those needing to work during their stay. The free WiFi was also a bonus, providing reliable and affordable internet access. Additionally, the location was ideal for visiting Bracknell business park, making it a convenient choice for business travelers.
All aspects of this hotel were satisfactory, nothing to improve.

Very pleasant hotel, staff friendly, food excellent.
Went to hotel whilst forest fires were still burning, obviously hotel was hot and we had window open day and night. No problem, only to be expected......Except they tried to charge us £50...extra for being able to smell smoke in room. No one smoked in room but as we both had sore throats from smoke from fires we were not amused....................................................................................................................................................
